Program Details:

  • Pool: The program takes place in a 25-meter learners pool, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for participants to develop their swimming and water polo skills.

  • Swimming Requirements: Participants can expect to swim a minimum of 1-2 kilometers during each session, making this program ideal for individuals looking to improve their endurance and swimming abilities.
